- Application Fee ($35) – Waived if you apply while (Plainview campus students only).
- Official High School Transcript – Submit an official transcript showing completed coursework.
- Official College Transcript(s) – Required if you have taken dual credit or concurrent courses.
- Official ACT or SAT Scores – ACT Code: 4246 | SAT Code: 6930
- Additional admission requirements may apply depending on academic background.
